DISCOVERY QUESTIONNAIRE
You'll receive a short questionnaire via email with some basic questions about your event. You don't need to know all the details, just answer as best you can.
QUOTE
You'll receive a tailored quote via email with a detailed breakdown of services provided, total hours, and equipment used (including any rentals, if applicable).
Q&A
We'll have back and forth discussions as needed to clarify any questions or concerns you may have, via email, text or phone/video call.
BOOKING ACCEPTED
Once you have all of the information you need to make an informed decision, we'll accept the booking and sign a contract.
COORDINATION WITH VENUE
From here on, I will coordinate directly with venue staff, and any other event planners as required, to gather all of the technical and logistical information I need to ensure everything goes smoothly. You'll of course be kept in the loop along the way.
MONTH-OF MEETING
We'll sit down together in person or virtually to discuss final details of the event, including any scheduling/programming and other need-to-know items. This'll also be an opportunity for us to get to know each other a little better as well, which means we'll be able to execute that much better together on the day of the event.
Based on the event type, I'll provide a Song Request Form Google Doc with a shareable link - you can share this with event organizers and/or guests in advance to collect song requests (this is always done for weddings). The form will be broken down into several sections such as "Must Play", "Do Not Play" and more. This'll give me good idea of a potential vibe or energy to expect, however this is only a starting point and I'll completely tailor the set to how the event progresses.
EVENT DAY
The day we've both been waiting for! Depending on the event, I'll arrive at least one to two hours early to ensure a smooth setup and sound check. I'll take this time to meet any key event and venue staff I may need to get a hold of later. All cables will be tucked away and/or neatly gaff taped.
